Roles and Responsibilities
Formulate, curate, create & devise engaging digital content &
campaign strategies across platforms.
Design creative content for online platforms & website updates.
Manage and optimise Google, Facebook, Instagram Ads to gain a
competitive advantage. Engage in hands-on interaction across online
platforms viz. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube,
Websites, Mobile Apps, Relative blogs, Forums and more.
Manage lead generation across all digital platforms.
Engage & interact with the online consumers for sales of the product.
Actively be involved in post-sales experience with the consumers to
actively implement curate and implement consumer experience
campaign.
Liaison with third party vendors, influencers, partner firms on behalf of
the brand for campaigns & projects.
Prepare & analysis reports on campaign effectiveness by tracking KPIs
measuring the impact of social & digital media strategies.
Plan & prepare monthly & quarterly campaign plans for the brand.
Be actively involved in SEO, Tech, Media & ORM efforts with the
support team.
Responsible to manage and update website in collaboration with
internal & external teams.
Collaborate and guide the immediate team members- Digital Media
Executives.
Attend & cover on- ground events & workshops as deemed necessary. Technical skills Good spoken and written English
Email writing skills
Good at primary and secondary research
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proficient in Powerpoint presentations Interview Guage Eager to learn
