Collaborate with stakeholders across Business teams to investigate varied problem statements that require mindset, attitude and behavior understanding of our consumers.
Interact with customers, probe deep to understand their lifestyle, choices, preferences, expectation and actual experience to help bridge the gaps for a seamless shopping experience
Listen and communicate the Voice of customer absorbed from interactions, reports, data gathered from different sources of information
Derive coherent narrative and communicate clear findings, conclusions and action-oriented recommendations to teams . Both strategic and tactical.
Must Have:
10 years in the consumer research insights role
Ability to analyse data trends and derive insights from data and consumer interactions
Passionate to learn consumer behavior, psychology and mindset
Hands on experience with the various consumer research methodologies and tools
