The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of project activities and must be competent in managing scope, schedule, quality, and resources. Exposure to SharePoint administration and content management.
Required Skills:
Experience in managing projects by inter networking across IT teams within Deloitte Technology and member firms
Experience in managing projects in a varied service environment such as Infrastructure services, Cyber services and/or Application services
Hands on experience in MS Office Suite tools and ServiceNow Request Management
Stakeholder management including in a multifaceted environment
Project reporting and governing the scope of the projects, scheduling and tracking resource completion
Experience in SharePoint site creation, content management would be a great add-on
2-3 years of experience in IT Project Management
Roles & responsibilities:
Manage the stakeholder relationship for understanding their process and delivering results
Collaborate to build Content Management environments for improved communications
Development of sample content/examples for templates, with enough detail to ensure consistency when being completed by project and operational teams
Facilitate working group sessions for SSDLC, Governance & compliance processes for Infrastructure, Cyber & Application services
Developing and performing continuous gap analysis processes to maintain a healthy knowledge space
Ability to bring variety of specialists together to define and agree on standards and associated boilerplates for standardized templates
Manage work and associated deliverables independently
Identify, analyze, and drive problems to resolution, handling complex issues simultaneously while effectively communicating across teams
Effective written and verbal communication as this role involves communication at higher levels of the organization.
The team
The eS&O Quality and Service Excellence team works closely with global Deloitte IT teams to deliver and publish services according to a designed framework to the global service portfolio. It includes project summaries, , and client engagement deliverables, among other deliverable components. This portfolio is intended to help Deloitte practitioners find relevant IT services offered for the member firms just in time to services.
