System Administrator
Roles and Responsibilities :

> Windows OS and Mac OS End User support. Windows Server 2008/2012 and Cloud Server Support .

> Active Directory and Azure Cloud Active Directory

> O365 Administration and One Drive Administration.

> Backup and Cloud Antivirus ( Sophos) Administration.

> Networking Skills with Troubleshooting and Diagnosis, Private Cloud Administration ( VMWare/ Hyper-V)

> Vendor Management, IT Procurement Process and Inventory management of Hardware and Software

> Hardware Management and Troubleshooting.

> Performs System maintenance tasks, such as software / firmware upgrades, back-ups ( Sophos) and reconfiguration as required.

> Good verbal and communication skills with Peers over Emails, tickets and phone calls.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Minimum 3 years of work experience.
