Job Title: Professional Training Developer ( Instructional Designer)

Location:Chennai/Bangalore/Vadodara

Client :One of our MNC client

 Skills: Instructional Designer, Wind turbines, instructional text, audio, and video scripts

Responsibilities:

                     Develop course outline, module outlines and training materials for new turbines, multi brand turbines and MK upgrades

                     Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content 

                     Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audiences training needs

                     Good knowledge on Storyboard development

                     Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them

                     Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product

                     Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design 

                     Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

                     Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course

                     Maintain project documentation and course folders

Required Skills:

                     In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

                     Visual design skills (Photoshop & Illustrator)

                     Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts

Experience:

                     Instructional designer experience of 5 to 8 years in technical knowledge on various Wind Turbines (Operation, Maintenance & Installations).

Education:

                     Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical
