Job Description

Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with TLs & managers.
Ensuring job orientation for all the new joiners
Assess training needs through surveys, interacting with employees, and consultation with TLs & managers.
Establish and execute a University Program that covers all the aspects of business.
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
Conducting tests, post training survey, feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.
Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improves performance.
Assess employees skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Offer customized training programs to help employees to maintain & improve job skills.
Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual, to optimize training effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills to have.

Exceptional with communication (English& Hindi) & presentation skills

Proficient using all Microsoft Tools (Office - Excel, Word, PPT; Outlook, Teams etc.
