Job Description

1.Work closely with shop floor personnel to drive continuous improvement and to improve efficiency,
2. Planning of orders, tooling and manpower for continuous operation
3.Increase work productivity by strategic approach
4.Reduce rejections
5.Ensure safety of work place
6.Maintain daily production report
7.Maintain tool life report
8.Calculate productivity of machines and manpower and take suitable actions to improve it
9.Managing workers, resolving their work related queries and problems
10.Ensuring Quality of product by continuous inspection
