Urgent job requirement for Quantity Surveyor - MEP ( Electrical ). Please find the job details below:-

Designation: MEP Engineer (Quantity Surveyor)

Experience: 6- 15 Years

Should have prior experience in team handling also.

Nature of Job: Contractual for up to 3 months.

Required Skill Set:

Should have prior experience in quantity estimation/survey/Take Off for different services/packages under MEP works.

Must have experience in QS and Billing works.

Must have working/expertise knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, and IT services/packages under MEP works.

Good understanding of design engineering, value engineering, etc.

Should have experience of working with MEP Drawings.

Should be able to Prepare/review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)designs for effectiveness and efficiency.

Should have Prepared plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, fire-fighting and general piping system

Should have experience of Prepare and reviewing costing (quotations, tenders, and B.O.Qs) for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects - as the need arises.

Should have working experience of Provide MEP budget/cost estimates (viability appraisals) for projects.

Should be able to Monitor and control project cost estimates and ensure that the right specification in line with approved designs is deployed on the projects.

Knowledge of MEP construction and subcontracting (electrical and controls preferred).
