Job Description

Should have excellent knowledge of US healthcare and end to end RCM process.
Lead a team of associates to do billing & AR follow-ups. Guide team members to reduce time and optimize the productivity & quality.
Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SLAs.
Should be able to manage clients expectations vs delivery goals. Respond to clients on any process related queries and manage 1st level escalations.
Perform quality check and monitor performance for the accounts and team by extracting reports.
