Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience in recruiting.
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods.
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools i.e job portals and methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Hands on experience on MS Teams, words and Excel tools.
  • Able to manage on boarding process.
