Requirements and skills

Proven working experience in recruiting.
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods.
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools i.e job portals and methods.
Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Integrity and confidentiality.
Hands on experience on MS Teams, words and Excel tools.
Able to manage on boarding process.
