Processing of contractual workers

Carry out Manpower Study time to time and motivate employees to improve work culture to achieve higher productivity.

Contract Labour Management -

Effective implementation of Contract Labour Management System
Knowledge of labour laws is essential.

Legal Compliances:

To Ensure that all the statutory compliances applicable to the
Industrial Establishment are strictly adhered to and to also ensure maintenance of documentation associated with the same properly
Ensure audit compliances.

Peoples Development

Ensure that workmen & contractor Workers better contribute to their work with high moral.
Facilitate skill gaps mapping & training needs of individual workmen. Job rotation for multi-skilling Counseling
Administer motivational schemes
