Job Description

  • You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target.
  • You shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location.
  • You shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at educational institutes, schools, colleges etc.
  • Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS.
  • Handling Team and motivating them to achieve admission targets.
  • Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.
  • You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centers.
  • Preparing Various reports and sending it to Head Office
  • Handling Tele Callers and verifying their calls.

 

 Desired Profile

  • Proven experience of minimum 8 years as an admission or career counsellor or any sales profile.
  • Should be well versed with local language and English.
  • Should have strong pleasing personality.
