You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target.
You shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location.
You shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at educational institutes, schools, colleges etc.
Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS.
Handling Team and motivating them to achieve admission targets.
Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.
You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centers.
Preparing Various reports and sending it to Head Office
Handling Tele Callers and verifying their calls.
Desired Profile
Proven experience of minimum 8 years as an admission or career counsellor or any sales profile.
Should be well versed with local language and English.
Should have strong pleasing personality.
