Attending incoming Outgoing calls.
AttendingVisitors.
Managing reception area (Cleanliness, Discipline, StartingTV and Putting selected channels only, Switching on and monitoring meeting room booking software kept outside every meeting room etc.)
Meeting room booking and software entry.
In coming and out going courier.
Checking of stationary, pantry stock and coordination with vendors to give Order.
Maintaining stationary and pantry stock records and necessary follow -ups for bill clearance.
Coordination related to coffee machines maintanace.
Conference call
