Verifies special processesOrderly collect, check and manage documents certifying tests,
controls and inspections carried out witnessing the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
Check the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation.
Design and Planning: Prepare detailed engineering designs and plans for construction projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure. This involves analyzing project requirements, conducting site investigations, and using engineering software and tools to create accurate designs.
Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, contractors, and other professionals, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards, and monitoring project progress and budget.
Structural Analysis: Conduct structural analysis and calculations to determine the strength, stability, and safety of buildings and other structures. This involves using software and mathematical principles to assess the load-bearing capacity and performance of various materials and structural elements.
Construction Supervision: Supervise and inspect construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and quality standards. This includes resolving technical issues, reviewing construction plans, and conducting regular inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. This involves analyzing project requirements, determining material and labor costs, and considering other factors such as equipment, permits, and contingencies.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and technical specifications. This includes documenting project progress, preparing change orders, and creating as-built drawings to reflect the final construction.
Environmental and Safety Considerations: Address environmental and sustainability factors in project design and construction. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, assess potential risks, and implement safety measures to protect workers and the public during construction.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, and contractors. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to clarify project requirements, address concerns, and provide progress updates.
