Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced hotel manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable experience and that the hotel is operating efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of the hotel's daily operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations Managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring financial targets are met
Ensuring that guest satisfaction is a top priority and that all guests are treated with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy
Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders Hiring, training, and supervising staff members
Managing employee schedules and payroll Overseeing marketing and sales activities to attract and retain customers Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
