Desired Candidate Profile

The DevCon team delivers quality software integrations between Dell EMC storage platforms and ecosystem solutions such as the Kubernetes, CSI and Ansible. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, applications and diagnostics all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of skilled engineers focused on delivering quality software that integrates storage and ecosystem technologies.
Work with engineering managers, product managers and product owners to understand use cases and features, and assign corresponding tasks.
Deliver a series of drivers for Container integration for Dell EMC Storage.
Deliver a series of orchestration solutions for Dell EMC Storage for Ansible and other similar environments
Provide technical leadership over junior and senior software engineers.
Work with developers to coordinate design and implementation of product features and improvements.
Work with quality engineers to ensure proper test coverage and high quality deliveries.
Work with escalation engineering team to provide customer support
Follow Agile/Scrum processes.
Participate in design and code reviews.

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electrical

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
