Job Description

Experience: 2+ Years of NON-IT recruitment

CTC bracket 14k to 22 K per month (GROSS) + Incentives + Mobile Phone bill reimbursement

**The exact salary will be offered once the Interview is done

Immediate Joiners can apply at the earliest

1) We need someone who has experience in Experience inBFSI Hiring, Bulk Hiring, BPO Hiring, International BPO hiring

2) We need someone who understands different shifts used in BPO hiring

3) We need someone who is comfortable working on Targets

4)Someone who is comfortable working from 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM also on alternative Saturdays

5)Should know how to work on Naukri / Monster & Shine i.e. how to pull up a search as well as do the Job Posting as well as Mass Emails

6)We need someone who is used to dealing with large volume hiring and can work under pressure

Immediate Joiner

7) Person should have good quality personal laptop and a high-speed internet connection.

8) Excellent communication skills is mandatory
