Roles and Responsibilities
Location:- Azadpur Delhi
No work from Home
Responsibilities
1. Drive the Salary increment cycle for the organization
2. Drive the Variable pay programs across grades for the organization
3. Ensure salaries comply with the current legislation
4. Develop a compensation calculator as per the existing salary ranges for the recruitment team
5. Assist in developing new compensation plans and managing various payout programs
6. Prepare a dashboard to monitor budget utilization, employee coverage etc. for all programs
7. Keep track of pay ranges and ensure organization pay is competitive in the market
8. Interface with external reward consultants on various compensation surveys
9. Work on process automation initiatives
10. Develop and implement company HR initiatives. Align HR strategy to business objectives and company-wide HR initiatives.
11. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
12. Partner with managers to advise on all people-, performance-, compliance-, HR policy- and leadership-related matters.
13. Develop compensation, R&R and benefits plans.
14. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
15. Discuss employees' career development paths with managers.
16. Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
17. Organize learning and development programs.
18. Ensure that the HR team addresses employees' requests and grievances promptly.
19. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations.
20. Be responsible for all HR management and development (including policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, employment contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR-related issues).
21. Regularly review the company's talent management processes within the business areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning and succession planning.
22. Work in partnership on projects to aid continuous improvement and implement improvement programs where necessary.
23. Manage and develop a small HR team to ensure quality services and advice are provided.
24. Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
25. Update the company HR tool with timely, relevant forms, policies and procedures to ensure accessibility for employees at all times.
26. Highlight and help resolve any issues/challenges/employee relations within the office.

Superb communication skills honed in business partnering / advisory roles

Experience in dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
Confident in directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
Demonstrable experience in managing relevant HR projects
Strong understanding of employment law
Proven working experience as HR manager and Legal Manager
People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels
