Telecom hiring experience is a must!!

Position:  Team Lead Position (ONLY FEMALE CCDS REQUIRED)

Experience : 5 to 8 years in IT recruitment with 2+ years of team handling experience 

CTC : 3 to 3.5 LPA 

Skills Required  

Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process   

Should be an excellent team leader

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).   

Strong Sourcing skills We need someone who have experience in Telecom industry 

. Handling telecom clients in current or past organization 

** Career Break, Gap Year are Accepted   A person should have good quality personal Laptop and a high-speed internet connection. Postpaid connection on candidate's name is essential for reimbursement of monthly phone bill 

Rounds of Interview :

1. Online Test ( One more separate mail you will receive with test link, rules and credentials mentioned in it)
   

2. L1- Video Call on Microsoft teams 

3. L2- Video Call on Microsoft teams

4. Document Submission Round

5. HR round (Conference Call on app)  

6. Background Verification (3 - 4 working days)
