Hiring candidates as per the Criteria.

SCREENING RESUME AND SCHEDULING CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEWS.

Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
Conduct initial phone screens
Schedule calls and interviews
Coordinating with clients for interviews
Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they go for client interviews
Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)
Participate in recruiting events
Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

1.TEAM BUILDING & TEAM MANAGEMENT/CAREER TO LEADERSHIP

Recruiting your Own Team

Training and Development

Setting Targets/ Achieving Branch Joining Targets through Team

Understanding Shortfall Areas and Fulfilment of the same.

Motivating them on incentives/ promotions.

 

2.CLIENT COORDINATION (COMPANY HR, LINE MANAGERS)

Enquiring about no.of requirements Companies wise in particular branch/region

Strategising / Planning for Recruitment Drives.

 

  1. RECRUITMENT PROCSSE END TO END CYCLE.

Understanding JD(Job description) for finding right candidates at right jobs.

According to no of requirements sourcing / screening resume(qualification, relevance experience, age)

 

  1. UTILISING RESUME SOURCING METHODS

1.Traditional Sourcing : Cold calling, Referencing, Old data utilisation(Creating pool of Data Bank), Meeting candidates in office,

 

2.Job Applications :Mass mailing, Job Postings (naukri.com , times jobs, shine.com)

  1. Using Linked in , Social Media, whats app, facebook

4.Using Free job portals : indeed , quikr jobs, OLX.

 

CANDIDATE Crieteria :

TELE CALLING COMMUNICATION SKILLS CONVINCING SKILLS, NEGOTIATION SKILLS.

SHOULD ABLE TO HANDLE RECRUITMENT END TO END CYCLE. SOURCING,SCHEDULING, DOCUMENTATION JOINING

LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, SHOULD ABLE TO MANAGE PROCESS INDEPENDENTLY
