Participate in candidate sourcing efforts

Coordinating with clients for interviews
Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they go for client interviews
Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)
Participate in recruiting events
Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Enquiring about no.of requirements Companies wise in particular branch/region
Strategising / Planning for Recruitment Drives.
Understanding JD(Job description) for finding right candidates at right jobs.
According to no of requirements sourcing / screening resume(qualification, relevance experience, age)
1.Traditional Sourcing : Cold calling, Referencing, Old data utilisation(Creating pool of Data Bank), Meeting candidates in office,
2.Job Applications :Mass mailing, Job Postings (naukri.com , times jobs, shine.com)
4.Using Free job portals : indeed , quikr jobs, OLX.
