& Customer Support Process in BPO domain for leading MNC's.

 

1. International Semi voice ( Blended process )

UG within min 1 year of BPO experience

Max Sal : Freshers 24 CTC , 20 TH 

Graduates Fresher with good Quality

Exp : 27k TH ( 31k CTC ) ( Based on the experience )

VT 10 - 12 Quality 

5 days working , 2 days off

Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

Both the way Cab

Location : Manyata tech park

HR , Versant ( Score 60 ) & OPS Round

Age - below 31.

Work from office.

Immediate Joiners.

 

2.  Process - Transform / Best Buy Voice

Qualification - 10+2 & above

Salary - Fresher (19k to 22k)

Experience - ( Based on the experience Up to 28k ) 

Non Voice Process

Fresher : 14k + incentives

Experience - ( Based on the experience Up to 18.5k TH + Incentives ) 

Shifts - Rotational shifts & Rotational offs

Working - 5 days working , 2 Days offs

Location : Marathahalli

VT 10 - 12 Quality

Work from office

Immediate joiners

HR , Versant & OPS Round

 

3. International Voice & Non voice

Qualification - 10+2 & above

Experience - ( Based on the experience Up to 28k to 30k TH ) 

Non Voice Process

Experience - ( Based on the experience Up to 26k TH + Incentives ) 

Shifts - Rotational shifts & Rotational offs

Working - 5 days working , 2 Days offs

Location : Electronic city

VT 10 - 12 Quality

 

HR , Online Assessment & OPS Round

Work from office

Immediate joiners

 

4. Process - Fora

Designation : Agent Level

Qualification - Graduation Mandate

Experience - 1 + Years International Voice Experience ( phone required, Email/chat a plus ) 

Net Take home : 32k ( based on exp )

Shifts - Fixed night Shift With Sat n Sun off 

Working - 5 days working , 2 Days offs

Location : Whitefield

VT 10 - 12 Quality

Work from office

Immediate joiners

HR  & OPS Round
