Job Description

: Established Duties:

To abide by the Mission statement.
To abide by the values and rules of the hotel.
Ensure proper and clean attire & uniforms.
Check all norms laid down by the department for personal hygiene.
Ensure mis-enplace has been done before the next shift has comes in.
To take decisions on certain work operations in the absence of the chef.
Ensure cleanliness of the work area and storage places.
Co-ordinate with co-workers to facilitate smooth workflow of kitchen operations.
Preparing daily guest orders and other functions as required by the various kitchens.

Eco and cost control Responsibilities:

To follow energy conservation methods
To follow three bin rule religiously for recycling of paper
To follow water conservation methods
To follow and educate eco-methods to other fellow friends and acquaintances
General cost awareness (Expensive ingredients or raw material)
To follow the Ecotel Manual

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 1,25,000 to 1,75,000

Other Salary: Accomodation available
