Job Description

Develop & implement strategies for food & beverage operations, marketing & sales.
Participate in the development of the Hotel's business strategies, monitor status and adjust strategies as appropriate.
Develop the annual budget in conjunction with the Executive team
Food & beverage inventory, pricing & order mgmt.
Food & beverage quality & service.
Food & beverage budget & invoice.
Competition & market trend based menu offerings & pricing.
Develop and implement Operating procedures and standards that support employees in their effort to deliver service and teamwork.
Product consistency, inspections
Workplace hygiene & safety.
Manage hotel image
Review customer feedback, improve customer satisfaction.
Conduct formal taste panels as part of new recipe development and product testing regularly
Recruit, staffing & roster management.
Employee timesheet management
Employee induction, trainings, & counselling.
Set performance expectations & provide feedback.
