Job Description

Responsible for daily billing duties, Customer Service and Documentation Executive.
Preparation and presentation of MIS and management reports.
Assisting and ensuring fulfillment of Auditors requirement and co-ordinating with them for finalization of accounts.
Managing a team of a total 4-5 associate along with senior associates
Supervising and ensuring timely payment of Statutory payments like GST, profession tax, TDS, EPF.
Supervising and ensuring timely returns filing of TDS, Profession tax, GST.
Conducting weekly meetings with the team to discuss day to day activities & progress on the same.
Monitoring to team on regular intervals & provide feedback on their performance and improvement areas.
Interacting with clients and Banks for resolving their issues/queries and exceptions.
Controlling full Debtors management for all groups of companies and ensure to correct billing on time and recovery of outstanding as well advance payment.
Controlling Vendors payments and approvals.
