Job Summary: The Director of Revenue Operations - Logistics will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies for the organization's logistics operations. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify revenue growth opportunities, increase profitability, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies for the organization's logistics operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify revenue growth opportunities, increase profitability, and drive operational efficiency
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth, including analyzing supply chain data and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Oversee the pricing strategy for logistics services, working closely with the sales team to ensure pricing is aligned with revenue goals
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs to support the logistics sales team in achieving revenue targets
• Monitor and analyze logistics sales pipeline and identify potential risks and opportunities
• Implement and maintain logistics performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
• Work closely with finance to manage logistics pricing and revenue management
• Develop and maintain relationships with key logistics partners and vendors to support revenue growth
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity in logistics operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, logistics operations, or related field
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience analyzing logistics data and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in the logistics industry
• Experience with logistics sales enablement and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of logistics pricing strategy and revenue management
• Proficiency in logistics software and technology, including supply chain management and transportation management systems
