Our Client services include Residential Broking & Technology, Retail (in partnership with Vindico), Commercial, Investment Banking, Hospitality, Land Services, Industrial and Logistics (in partnership with Binswanger), Investment Management, Research, Strategic Advisory & Valuations, Project Management Services (in partnership with Mace) and Society Management Services (acquisition of Apna Complex)

The Role:

Sr. Manager- Residential (Strategy and Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating product propositions for various projects and crafting an impactful 360-degree communication strategy across touch points.        
  • Ownership of the brand and chart out the vision goals, strategies, and tasks to achieve the same.         
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, research consumers to identify challenges and opportunities for the category
  • Handle marketing spends (including brief to execution), define KPIs for each marketing activity, track ROI and continuous course correction to maximize reach at improved efficiency.        
  • Responsible for all creative & consumer communication and development right from packaging, brand campaigns, digital, retail and so on. The creative excellence hub for the entire brand rests here, end to end.        
  • Handle Digital campaigns for lead generation as well as social media assets for increased user engagement and brand awareness.        
  • Improvise the websites and social media platform and develop strategies to promote the company's project on the platform.         Support the BD and sales team with pitch and review presentations 

Skills Required:

  • Overall experience of 5 to 7 years of proven delivery in strategy and marketing with a Real estate developer and / or strategic partner background.        
  • Excellent communication, team, networking, and collaboration skills to work across cross teams.        
  • Analytics and Program Management experience with progressive and process drive organizations.        
  • Implement Go-to-market strategies for launches/sustenance.        
  • Strong believer and ambassador of technology to build necessary processes, review numbers in ensuring tracking and bringing in sales.        
  • Ready to mobilize in Western & Central Mumbai. 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Overall experience of 5 to 7 years        
  • Any Graduate
