Job Description

Reporting, data and analysis for all social media handles Maintain and track monthly engagement and performance KPIs
Create timely social media reports monthly, quarterly and annually and for brand
reviews
Track share of voice for brands & categories
Report web traffic from social channels.
Work with business insights team on simple web traffic data and cohorts to
understand the social customer and formulate new strategies
Support social media teams with qualitative and quantitative data throughout.
Set targets and provide analysis for sales
Monitor social media targets on a daily basis in coordination with firm-wide annual goals and benchmarks.
Work with brand managers to support any social media data they require
Work closely with the customer service team on sentiment analysis across channels.
Social Media Listening
Keep pace with and study social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
Support the team with strategic insight and share best practices and learnings to
inform our content strategy
Capture and communicate opportunities generated from social media content that
influence current or future products
Work with cross-functional teams to define improvements to internal and external
communications from an employee and customer perspective
Innovations
Look to improve existing processes, analytical tools and partnerships.
Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
