Roles & Responsibilities
Support through Chat
Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner;
attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guideline
Previous customer support experience -
Ability to build rapport with the customer
Ability to overcome objections and ask for the business
Key Skills: -
Preferred candidates with understanding on eCommerce websites -
Knowledge of CSAT & DSAT -
Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills -
Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm) -
Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player
Eligibility Criteria: -
Undergraduate & above (No backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies) -
Minimum 6 months work experience into Customer Service -
Immediate joiners are preferred -
Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts
