As a Customer Service Representative (Chat / Email) You Will:

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web-chat and email based communication tools
• Responsible to handle inquiries in a manner which meets quality and performance standards
• Identify and escalate priority emails to appropriate channels
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and attempt to successfully resolve cases in accordance with established guidelines
• Document customer transactions accurately in the appropriate systems
• Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate
• Actively listen to the customer, and  show empathy and patience 

Eligibility Criteria: Education qualification only graduation and above with experience.

• Must have excellent communication skills with written and verbal
• Flexible to work in night shift, rotational shifts & rotational week off (5days working,2 week Offs)
• Must have basic technical knowledge
• Should be flexible to work from office
• Two way transportation is provided
• Salary as per market standards
• Looking for only Immediate joiners

Key Skills:

• Preferred candidates with understanding on eCommerce websites
• Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills
• Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm)
• Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player
• Working in Night Shifts (24/7)
