End to End recruitment lifecycle
Evaluate resumes and applications
Source candidates using databases, job portals, social media, Head Hunting etc.
Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer
Follow-ups with Candidates
Manage full-cycle, end-to-end, high volume recruiting efforts.
Utilize social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) to market job opportunities and source for passive candidates.
Create internal company LinkedIn social media strategy, including branding, content management and training.
Utilize the internal CRM system to source and track potential candidates for different positions for different clients.
Maintain company's applicant tracking database with accurate and complete information of all candidates recruited/hire.
Partner with Sr managers to develop staffing strategy for current and future needs including pipelines for future business needs.
Establish and foster relationships with hiring managers, candidates and referral sources through social networking avenues such as LinkedIn and Facebook
Follow-ups with clients, Team & candidates.
