: Our client focus is to provide loans to low and middle-income individuals, who want to buy or build their own homes. A majority of the customers are first-time home buyers and finds it challenging to deal with bigger financial institutions for their home loan requirements. Loan amounts for these homes typically vary between 5 to 50 lakhs.

Our Head-Office is in Mumbai and we have a presence in 65+ cities, with 70+ Branches, across 11 states. We have clocked 50,000+ home loans for customers with informal documentation and have been able to secure an A+ Rating (ICRA). Our current AUM is 3000+ Cr. with a steady CAGR of 60%!

Job Title: BTL Campaign Manager Housing Finance - Mumbai

1. Market mapping by detailed recce in potential markets & identify scope of branding for lead generation
2. Manage our city-specific BTL & TTL campaigns and events. Plan, budget, communicate & timely execute with the help of branch teams
3. Interact & manage our agencies/vendors for execution of campaigns, payments & maintaining CoA
4. Follow-up with people across branch network and your peer group to design marketing campaigns and manage conversions on leads
5. Set and drive the sales process with the branch network post conversion of lead from call centre and achieve the AOP for BTL
6. Overall management of North Call Centre including hiring, training and day to day lead churn mgmt. for delivering AOP targets & CoA
7. Developing & driving business conversion from the leads by effective data churn strategies including rechurn
8. Data Analytics on the campaign response & lead conversion to improvise productivity & CoA
