We are hiring HR Talent Acquisition and this role is about handling full-cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees by documents checking. Collaborating with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the HR Executive of Talent Acquisition is to ensure our company attracts hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.


Job Location: Raipur & Warangal

Ready for both WFH & WFO

Salary: As per the Market Standards.

Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

Job Role and responsibilities:

  • Ability to keep up with high-volume recruiting / Walk- in interviews & Lateral hiring for selecting the right talent.
  • Manage and organize candidate pools like Job fairs/campus recruitment and other events to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Conduct interviews and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Performing other assessments of job candidates' skills, such as technical test, written test etc.
  • Scheduling interviews by maintaining communication with panel members.
  • Must have keen observation while verifying the candidates documents.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Provide reporting and regular status updates to the team.
  • Should be able to handle job portals and browse social networking sites for suitable job profiles with required skills.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
  • Need to travel various locations (near or far) to find the best possible candidates.
  • Suggest new and creative ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
  • Coordinating with other departments for best hospitality.
  • Should be supportive and maintain good relationship with the team members.
  • Act as a single point of contact to build relationships with candidates during the selection process.
  • Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals using effective resource management
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
  • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and job postings to appropriate job board, newspapers, colleges, and other platforms.

Job requirements and qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in Lateral hiring and bulk hiring.
  • Candidate must be a post-graduate in MBA, preferably in HR specialization
  • Must be proactive and should have ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills and analytical abilities
  • Excellent sourcing skills from professional networking sites, blogging, and social networking sites
  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills are mandatory
  • Should have MS office Knowledge and presentation skills
