We are hiring for UK Voice Process (Inbound/Outbound/Collections)

Eligibility Criteria :

Any Graduate or UnderGraduate can apply.
Candidates between 1 to 2 years of experience are eligible (International Process experince is a mandate)
Excellent command over English language / Excellent English Communication skill
Should be comfortable with Rotational UK Shifts & Offs (5 Days working)
Pick & Drop Provided
Immediate joining required.
Should be comfortable with Work from Office
Should be fully vaccinated (Double dose Certificate required)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide prompt and accurate information to address customer inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics.
