Job Description
Responsibilities
- Should have hands on experience in managing projects in AWS , AngularJS, NodeJS, Typescript, DynamoDB (Must Have / Mandatory)
- Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Should be able to understand the client / project requirements, define acceptance criteria and call out dependencies and risks upfront
- Should be able to ideate, communicate and implement mitigation plan for risks identified
- Should be able to work on the project as required in an individual contributor / SME role as well to ensure the team has the direction from a technical standpoint as well.
- Project planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of deliverables
- Track progress and milestones of the projects
- Lead team meetings
- Develop best practices
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project
- Implementing best-practice, tools and processes to drive efficient delivery
- Mentor, Motivate and encourage the team members to build a high performing team
- Priories the product backlog by working closely with the product owner
- Clearly define and communicate requirements and plan to the team and stakeholders
- Ensure Quality with on-time delivery of agreed deliverables
Qualifications and Other Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
- Scrum and AGILE Certified
- Experience of 10 - 12 years
- Strong client interfacing and communication skills
