1. Customer Centricity Key Responsibilities: Agent Recruitment
2. Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
3. Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring.
4. Follow agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms Agent Development
5. Ensure product knowledge by Insurance ways of training.
6. Field demonstration (FODs).
7. Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
8. Work with agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
9. Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same. Meet Business Targets
10. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
11. Ensure companies' product mix sales ratio and adhere to the business norms.
12. Achievement of business plan & GPA. Recruitment / Development & Activation of agent as per plan.
Candidate Profile
1. Age-upto 38 years.
2. Graduate - 10+2+3 Mandatory(No Deviation).
3. Currently Working candidates are Mandatory. Also he/she should be stable in the current company for 6 months and above.
4. 6+ years of FIELD SALES experience. Any Industries can be tapped(Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate).
5. Should be amongst the top performing organisation in his/her tenure and should have earned good incentives
CTC - Maximum 3.50 lacs + Variable + Medical Benefits.
