Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, healthcare management, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in nursing recruitment or staffing.
Knowledge of nursing and healthcare industry standards and practices preferred.
Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen and assess candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and experience.
Conduct interviews and reference checks to ensure that candidates meet our requirements.
Negotiate and finalize offers of employment with candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with nursing schools, associations, and other industry organizations to expand the candidate pool.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in nursing recruitment and staffing.
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
