Job Opening for the position of Graphic Designer at Thane.

It is Machine Tools with its engineering capabilities in Precision component manufacturing, machine building and over 2 decades. A dedicated team of designers develops the product designs, mold designs, jigs, fixtures, inspection gauges etc using the latest 3D CAD and CAETechnologies. For our products to come to reality they undergo various precision manufacturing processes from CNC Machining, Sheet Metal bending, Injection Molding, Metal injection, Painting, Barrel drilling, heat treatments, various finishing, different types of chemical plating, welding, laser marking etc. which are then finally assembled, quality tested and then passed for packing.
Job Responsibility
1.Design, produce, and edit graphic content for a variety of media such as websites, social media, digital advertising, and print materials.
2.Create high-quality video content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
3.Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the company's campaign goals.
4.Develop and maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
5.Keep abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
6.Proofread and refine designs to ensure they are free from errors before print or publication.
7.Provide final print-ready files with correct specifications for various platforms.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production,Multimedia, or a related field is required.
Competencies:
1.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
2.Excellent skills in graphic design, layout, typography, and color theory.
3.Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and professional storytelling.
4.Knowledge of print production process and specifications.
5.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Years of Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video content creation is required. Prior experience inboth digital and print media is preferred
