Title: Salesforce QA analystRole: Software Quality Analyst (minimum 15 years of Salesforce admin and QA experience) Location: Offshore (any locations) Qualifications / JD: Attached here Positions: 2 Level: Junior and Mid senior Total Experience: Junior 3 to 4 years | Mid senior 5 6 yearsQualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering preferredMinimum of 2 years experience Software Quality Assurance methodologies, tools and processes Minimum 2 years hands on experience with manual testing with or without guidance from Senior Test Engineer and/or ManagerAt least 1 year of knowledge of SQL and scriptingMinimum 15 years of Salesforce admin and QA experiencePreferred experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including working in an Agile/Scrum development processFamiliarity and working knowledge of: Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); Behavior Driven Development (BDD) applied within Agile environment; using a multi tool approach to facilitate end to end system testingFamiliarity with Salesforce and Sitecore highly preferred Skills/Competencies:Ability to demonstrate and support the 5 Company Core Values: Integrity, Excellence, Unity, Accountability, AgilityAbility to create/troubleshoot/debug test scripts as neededExcellent organizational skills with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks with strict adherence to deadlinesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team of a geographically dispersed members to accomplish tasks in a deadline driven environmentStrong verbal and written communication, including timely responsiveness and follow up with stakeholdersDemonstrates an attention to detail and thoroughness in deliverablesKnowledge and experience with the following types of testing: Functional, Regression, Defect Regression, Integration, Ad Hoc/Exploratory, Black/White/Grey BoxAbility to work closely with key stakeholders to identify/report problems, troubleshoot root cause and propose solutionsExperience with industry standard test management and defect tracking toolsExperience analyzing use cases and user stories to design effective test plans, test cases and associated test dataMinimum 15 years of Salesforce admin and QA experience
