Managing group mix in line with category strategy & inventory levels.
Ensuring product selection is aligned with market trends.
Responsible for identifying Key value items and Replacement.
Responsible for Pricing, Margins, Stock Liquidation and Other income
Analysing product performance & sell-through tracking on a monthly/seasonal basis.
Maintains perpetual inventory of applicable product so that profitability can be analysed and purchasing decisions can be modified continually to ensure maximum profitability.
Periodic onsite operational support and review of Staples purchasing practices.
Analyse data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends.
Devise long-term development strategies for product categories.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors degree or MBA in marketing or related field 5+ years of experience in Merchandising or Category Role
