Company Secretary && Chartered Accountant: -
We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant cum Company Secretary to
perform effective risk management and plan the organizations financial strategy. It
is a very important and complex role to investigates and safeguards its finances. The
goal is to protect the companys revenues and profits to achieve full financial control
and sustainable growth. A CA must be well-versed in all aspects of financial
management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking
operations.
As a CS convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGMs)/meetings
(producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting
correspondence and so on) providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during
and outside of meetings.
Experience: -
Fresher to 2 Years in Private or Stock listed company preferably
Automotive/Industrial/Aerospace products/Defense sector/Retail/FMGS. Hands-on
experiences on dealing with Board of Director, MIS Preparation, responsible for the
administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. In
addition, they are often involved in the development of a financial and operational
strategy, KPIs, and the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system.
Tracking cash flow and financial planning and analyzing the company's financial
strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic directions. Proficient in the use of
MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
Ability to strategize and solve problems,strong leadership and organizational skills
excellent communication and people skills,and an analytical mind, comfortable with
numbers
Package: -3-5 Lakhs CTC INR
Qualification: -Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary, Male/Female married
CPA is a strong advantage,B Com/MBA Finance is a plus
