We are Hiring for Retail Lead / Manager with 7-10 Years of Experience in Hyderabad Location.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Involve in daily operations of Stores to ensure maximize profit & minimize the cost
Evaluate sales performance & customer satisfaction levels
Should be able to train own team and improve overall performance of team
Assess and estimate the requirements of each store in order to facilitate solutions proactively
Regularly monitor each store operations and effort towards exceeding the customer satisfaction
Monitoring overallInvoice Management team & inventory management
Analyzing store wise performance weekly/ monthly
Solving day today operational issues & delivering the best service to the Stores
Be a single point of contact for overall Store Operations Management
M.B.A (Retail Management) is preferred
Work location: Hyderabad
Shift timing: Night shift (US timing)
