Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

Understands business automation requirements and devises a the automation approach
Identify and define process optimization and automation opportunities for all business functions
Helps the teams in understanding and analysis automation opportunities
Drives automation innovations in collaboration with the other teams
Define & build the automation/workflow solutions to manage distribution, release & deployment
Provide operational support of automation systems and workflows.
Drive ongoing efforts aimed at process automation and integration.
Review and assess new technologies as they apply to process automation.
Monitor and report on the status of automation efforts.
Builds successful relationships inside and outside the organization to meet overall objectives.
Own & develop RPA Book of Knowledge (BoK) and manage training and automation tool technology accreditation of RPA team members.
Troubleshoot and drive resolutions with team to ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of process, improve processes and increase productivity.
Identify business process improvement opportunities and drive the process improvements across multiple teams. Help to drive the standardization of business process across multiple business lines, working closely with stakeholders, operations and technical teams.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
