Roles and Responsibilities
-Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
-Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
-Manage on boarding and new hire process
-Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
-Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
-Help to structure the job description.
-Serve as a bridge with work organizations, affiliations and agencies.
Qualifications for Recruiter
-Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
-Experience in IT or Non IT recruitment.
Working days: Monday-Friday
Shift timings: 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
