We are looking for an Operation Manager and a Front Office Manager for the location of Andaman for a very well known Hotel .
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OPERATIONS MANAGER -
Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.
Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this hotel.
Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, GSTS feedback / RSTS feedbacks and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues. Minutes of the meeting to be sent to GM/RGM.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FRONT OFFICE MANAGER -
Trains, cross trains, and retrains all front office personnel.
Participates in the selection of front office personnel.
Schedules the front office staff.
Supervises workload during shifts.
Evaluates the job performance if each front office employee.
Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
Maintains master key control.
Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
