Job Description

: Overview:

o Provide operational and technical support for customers analyzing a wide variety of issues, determine needed actions, and follow through to resolution.

o Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and handle and resolve customer issues via telephone and electronic communications (e-mail/chat/SMS).

 

Major Accountabilities:

o Serve as focal point for customer issues, concerns, and requests for enhancements.

o Capture detailed and accurate information about issues, concerns, and enhancements.

o Collaborate with others in support of products, processes, and problem resolution.

o Simulate or recreate user issues to resolve operating difficulties.

o Requires general supervision; decisions and actions are based on established procedures and assigned tasks.

o A smart candidate with mandatory best interpersonal skills and should be proficient in multitasking.

 

Education:

Postgraduate/Graduate or Basic college Graduation education or equivalent work experience with emphasis in business, finance, or information technology.

 

Knowledge / Experience:

o Customer service experience preferred.

o Experience of Operational Service Desk preferred.

o Experience of application monitoring Is preferred.

o Experience in L1 level of technical troubleshooting is preferred.

 

Skills/ Abilities:

o Good Interpersonal skills

o Basic computer skills (Mainframe, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Monitoring tools experience) Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize tasks based on current business needs.

 

Top Skills:

o Customer Support, Application Monitoring, L2 technical troubleshooting, Knowledge of Mainframe would be a plus.

o Fintech Experience - Good To have (Finance or Banking Domain)
