A Construction Manager is responsible for supervising the construction of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. They collaborate with other managers, specializing in various project aspects, and are involved in all project phases from planning to completion.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialists working in the area of Civil construction, project management, MEP, and site facility management.
  Ensure that health and safety standards are followed in real estate projects.
  Lead and plan daily maintenance of buildings, technical installations, and external areas.
  Lead and plan ancillary site services. Some of these services may be handled by
• subcontractors.
  Lead surveys and feasibility studies to prepare for RE projects.
  Prepare tender specifications, support procurement processes and draft contracts for architects
  and designers, contractors for maintenance, contractors for construction projects and project
  managers for larger real estate projects
