Involved in full cycle Recruitment, includes sourcing, interviewing, screening, reference checking, salary negotiations.
Understanding the requirement, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high organizational skills.
Experience in recruitment from various job portals and has personal source/ database
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Should be a Team Player.
Strong verbal communication skills Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms
The candidate should have knowledge of hiring beyond the job portals.
The candidate shall have a prior experience of at least 2- 4 years in recruitment.
Bulk hiring experience is a must.
