Job Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HR professional to join our team in Corp office in Andheri as an HR Generalist. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, leave management, payroll management, statutory compliances, employee engagement activities, exit formalities, and full and final settlements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR Generalist activities, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee relations, attendance management, leave management, payroll management, statutory compliances, employee engagement activities, exit formalities, and full and final settlements.
- Design, develop, and maintain the recruitment process, including job descriptions, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, and taking appropriate actions to close gaps.
- Implement and administer employee policies to ensure compliance and adherence to company guidelines.
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to enhance the employee experience, offering proactive recruiting assistance.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare termination and severance letters and provide training and support to HR team members.
Desired Candidate Profile/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within the Retail Apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and policies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Salary/CTC: The salary range for this position is INR 4.0 LPA - 5.40 LPA, along with perks and benefits.
The final compensation for candidates with higher experience will be determined after the interview.
