Job Description

        To be Responsible for origination of Loan Against Properties(LAP) and Business Loan

        To be Responsible for setting up the distribution network for financial products

        Plan & execute the LAP strategy for month/quarter to ensure goals are achieved

        Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned

        Achieve sales targets for given the basket of products through network

        Manage portfolio of existing customers and provide prompt service

        Investment structuring and documentation

        Empanelment of DSAs and maintaining good relations with them

        Build and Manage the loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans

        Regular interactions with Seniors in NBFC

        Responsible for identifying new market opportunities/ business lines for the NBFC

        Determine ongoing product evolution/development priorities.

        Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports

Skills Required:

        Good Communication skills

        Fluent with MS Office usage

        Well versed with local market

        Interpersonal effectiveness and influencing skills - Ability to speak with conviction using data and logic

Competencies:

        Graduation in any Discipline is Must

        Candidates having MBA (Finance) will be preferred
