- Sourcing, Activating & Influencing the Partners for achieving the revenue and new account Targets.
- Driving business in the designated territory through sales of various investment products with the help of the partners to their clients
- To assist Partners in new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships
- Continuous training of partners on products & processes to get maximum output
Specific Roles and Responsibilities / Core Duties: DS
- New IFA/Authorized Person/ Channel Partner acquisition through offline/self-sourcing /referral etc
- Achieve revenue and new accounts targets (through partners)
- Partner activation in terms of new accounts and revenues
- Relationship Management with all the partners
- Keep abreast of the Products, market news, financial trends and current affairs
- Training to all the sourced and mapped Partners
- Joint client call with Channel Partners
- Lead generation activity through various events and road show
- Business MIS & Reporting
- Upgrading Skills & knowledge
- Team Reporting: Stake Holder Management
- Skill Sets: Education Qualifications Graduate / Post graduate/MBA Marketing & Finance
- Language Reading/Writing/Speaking: English, Hindi, Regional Language
- Knowledge: Market, Economy, All product offerings, financial terminology
